Welcome to ASH Stylista. These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for using our boutique and custom tailoring services.

By engaging our services, whether in-person at our Vadodara studio, online, or via WhatsApp, you accept these terms and conditions in full. Do not continue to use ASH Stylista's services if you do not agree to all of the terms stated on this page.

1. Order Placement & Consultations

• All consultations and orders are primarily managed via WhatsApp (+91 87992 44895) or in-person at our Vadodara studio by prior appointment.
• Once a design is finalized and the fabric is cut, design changes cannot be accommodated without incurring additional costs.
• For online clients (NRI or outstation), precise measurements must be provided based on our guided measurement chart. We are not responsible for fitting issues resulting from incorrect measurements supplied by the client.

2. Pricing and Payments

• An advance payment of 50% is mandatory to initiate the stitching or designing process.
• The remaining balance must be cleared prior to final delivery or dispatch of the outfit.
• Prices quoted for stitching do not include fabric costs unless explicitly stated as a complete package.
• International orders will incur additional shipping charges based on destination and weight.

3. Timelines and Delivery

• Standard turnaround time is 7 to 10 working days. Bridal and heavy embroidery wear require 15 to 20 working days.
• While we strictly adhere to our committed deadlines, unforeseen delays due to extreme circumstances (e.g., severe weather, courier disruptions) will be communicated promptly.
• Urgent 24-hour deliveries are subject to the boutique's current workload and incur premium rush charges.

4. Trials, Fittings, and Alterations

• We offer one free trial fitting session before final delivery to ensure absolute satisfaction.
• Any alterations requested within 7 days of final delivery will be done free of charge, provided they align with the original measurements.
• Major alterations resulting from substantial weight fluctuation after the initial measurements will be treated as a separate, chargeable service.

5. Refund & Cancellation Policy

Due to the highly customized and bespoke nature of our work, we do not offer refunds or cancellations once the fabric has been cut and the stitching process has commenced. We are committed to working closely with you during the trial phase to resolve any fitting concerns.
